No, we’re not referring to social media. We’re talking about the real thing: BIRDS! The Bucks County Audubon Society at Honey Hollow is a wonderful place to experience nature in all its autumn splendor.
While birds are a focal point here, animals of all kinds can be discovered on a walk through six miles of trails that meander through fields, woods and streams. At the indoor Visitor Center, kids can get close to turtles, lizards and more, and enjoy a Touch Table filled with skulls, shells, eggs and other natural artifacts. Nature-inspired art is displayed monthly, featuring jewelry, photography, sculpture and other creative works from local artists.
Check the calendar for Bird Walks and other upcoming events – including October’s family-friendly, non-scary Haunted Trail where the secrets of animals and insects are revealed!
